The £600 Initial Consultation fee will be credited against any Project Support or Private Retainer engagement signed within 30 days.

We take a defined matter and help you see it through: assessing the situation, deciding on a course of action, coordinating the advisers involved and, where needed, finding and briefing specialists. Any specialists we introduce act directly for you. Scope and fee are agreed before we begin.

Fixed Price Products

Choose a focused piece of work with a clear scope and fixed fee.

  • Deal Second Opinion

    A written, independent view on an offer or contract, delivered within 48 hours, working alongside your own lawyers and agents

  • Team & Structure Review

    An assessment of your advisers, their roles, and any gaps, with recommendations. Perfect for when your success outgrows your structure.

  • Reputation Readiness Review

    A review of where you are exposed, plus a plan for handling a difficult story before it breaks. Ideal for protecting what you have built.

    £3,000

The final fee for Project Support and Private Retainers will depend on the nature, scope, urgency and complexity of the engagement.

Private Retainers have a minimum term of six months. After the initial term, the retainer continues on a rolling basis and can be ended with 30 days’ notice.
